(Original name: Zhejiang Canal Tea Industry Co., Ltd.) which is China and Hong Kong joint venture was established in 2005, there are related shareholders which invest the companies such as Hunan Canal Agricultural Development Co., Ltd., Ningbo Tongyi Tea Industry Co., Ltd., Yuyao Danshan Tea Refined Factory, Zhoushan Tongyi Tea Co., Ltd. Kaihua Tongyi Tea Farm etc..The major shareholders of the company or the operators have more than twenty years experience in foreign trade or business management.

The Company and related companies own the total area of about 80,000 square meters, construction area of about 60,000 square meters, with fixed assets over 100milillon dollars, with more than 500 types of equipment, mainly related to tea, candy manufacturing, processing, and tea cultivation, base development, aquaculture, hydroelectric power and other industries, with the annual capacity of more than 35,000 tons of tea, and more than 5000 tons of candy.
